Affiliate Terms

These terms govern participation in the HedgedProp Affiliate Program. Affiliates are independent referral partners, not employees, agents or partners of [Company Legal Name].
01Role and limits
You may refer customers only through the links or codes we issue. You may not represent us, enter into agreements on our behalf or give financial or trading advice.
You may not use the HedgedProp name or logo in paid advertising (including brand bidding) without our prior written consent.
02Commission
You earn 10% on every purchase and renewal made by a referred customer — Challenge fees, Instant accounts, add-ons and resets — for as long as that customer trades with us.
No commission is paid on trader payouts, or on refunded, disputed, charged-back or fraudulent transactions. Multi-level or sub-affiliate structures are not permitted.
03Payment
Commissions are calculated in USD, paid weekly in crypto-assets via the methods available on the platform, with no minimum threshold. You are responsible for your own taxes.
04Tracking and valid customers
Referrals are tracked by unique link or code with a 60-day cookie; once a referred customer purchases, the attribution lasts for the lifetime of their client profile.
A customer is valid after completing a purchase and any required KYC. Self-referrals lead to disqualification and forfeiture of commissions. Attribution disputes must be raised in writing within 30 days.
05Prohibited promotion and conduct
No misleading ads, spam, fake traffic, automated clicks or claims that guarantee profit or trading success. Content must be accurate and lawful and we may require changes or removal.
Fraud, manipulation, self-referral or abusive trading by referred accounts lead to termination and forfeiture of pending and future commissions; commissions already paid on invalidated transactions may be recovered.
06Confidentiality, data and compliance
Keep non-public program information confidential, including after termination. Comply with applicable data protection (including GDPR where relevant), advertising, consumer protection and anti-spam laws.
07Approval, liability and termination
We may approve or reject applications without giving reasons. Our liability is limited to commissions paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time; you can do so by writing to support@hedgedprop.com. On termination all rights to links, codes and branding end immediately.
