Instant Funding Terms

These terms apply to Instant Funding and Instant Funding Light accounts and prevail over the general Terms & Conditions for these products only. The Funded Account Terms also apply.

  1. 01Nature of the service

    Instant accounts give access to a funded account in a simulated environment with virtual capital, without an evaluation phase. Access is conditional and revocable.

    KYC must be passed before the account is activated.

  2. 02Fees

    A one-time, non-refundable fee is paid at purchase.

    Instant Funding — account size / fee: $5,000: $197 · $10,000: $395 · $25,000: $987 · $50,000: $1,975 · $100,000: $3,950.

    Instant Funding Light — account size / fee: $5,000: $85 · $10,000: $160 · $25,000: $345.

  3. 03Trading parameters

    • No profit target.

    • Daily loss limit: 3%, equity-based.

    • Maximum loss: 5% trailing. The max loss floor moves with your trading results and is not lowered after a payout: it stays exactly where trading results moved it.

    • Minimum 5 trading days before a withdrawal.

    • Leverage up to 1:40.

    • Profit split: 80% trader / 20% HedgedProp. Withdrawals every 14 days, minimum 1% of account size.

  4. 04Consistency rule

    Instant Funding: no consistency rule applies.

    Instant Funding Light: no single trading day may account for more than 25% of total profit when a withdrawal is requested. If it does, the withdrawal is deferred until the rule is met; the account is not breached.

  5. 05Prohibited practices

    • Hedging on one account or across linked accounts.

    • High-frequency trading or latency exploitation.

    • Account sharing or third-party trading.

    • Two or more registered clients using the same IP address.

    • Exploiting pricing errors or platform weaknesses.

    • Copy trading or signal services.

    • Opening or holding positions from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after a high-impact (red) news event in the economic calendar.

    • Weekend holding; tick scalping; grid-trading abuse.

    Any breach results in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of fees.
